What a TikTok QR code does
A TikTok QR code opens your profile in one scan. Nobody has to spell your @username or scroll past accounts with similar names; they scan, land on your page and tap Follow.
Creators put them on merch, stickers and stream overlays. Shops and cafés put them on packaging and counters to turn customers into followers, and event organisers put them on banners and slides.
How to make a TikTok QR code
- Check that Social and TikTok are selected. This page loads the Social type with TikTok chosen as the Platform.
- Enter your username. Type it with or without the @, or paste your profile link.
- Choose static or dynamic. Static works forever with nothing in between. Dynamic lets you change where it goes later, such as to a new video, and counts scans.
- Make it yours. The TikTok logo is already in the middle. Pick colours and add a frame like “Follow us on TikTok”.
- Download or save. Download a static code right away, or save a dynamic code to your free account.

Design and print tips
- Give a reason to follow. “Behind the scenes every Friday” earns more scans than “Follow us”.
- Print your @username too, for anyone who would rather search.
- Keep it dark on light. TikTok’s black and pink suit the frame; keep the code itself dark on a light background.
- On screens, leave it up. On a stream or video, show the code for at least 5 seconds, large enough to scan from a sofa.
Static or dynamic?
Either works
For a profile you’ll keep, a static code works forever. Choose dynamic to send scans to your latest video, a giveaway or a new account later, and to see how many people scan each sticker or poster.
