A gym is full of questions: what’s on today, how this machine works, how to book, how to join. QR codes on the walls, machines and front desk answer them in one scan. Make them dynamic and the timetable, videos and offers change without new prints. QRfinity’s codes are free and never expire.

Videos on every machine

A code on each machine that opens a 60-second video saves trainers explaining the same thing all day, and helps new members feel at home. Use one dynamic code per machine: when you film a better video, update the code, not the sticker. Scan counts show which machines people need help with most.

A timetable that’s always current

Print the timetable code once, on the entrance and the studio door, and point it at your live timetable. Classes move, instructors change, holidays come and go; the code keeps up. You can also set a date limit to switch it to a holiday timetable automatically.

Where to put codes

  • Machines: 4 to 5 cm, at eye level, away from sweat and wipe-down spray, or laminated.
  • Doors and walls: 15 to 20 cm for scanning from a few metres.
  • Front desk: 4 cm on a counter stand.

What does it cost?

Static and dynamic codes, scan analytics and PNG and JPG downloads are free, and codes never expire. Plans from $5 a month add print-ready SVG, PDF and EPS files and advanced features on more codes. See pricing.

Questions people ask

Can a QR code show how to use a machine?

Yes. Put a code on each machine that opens a short how-to video. With a dynamic code, you can swap in a better video later without replacing the sticker.

Can members book classes with a QR code?

Yes. Point a code at your booking page or app, whichever system you use. QRfinity doesn’t take bookings itself; the code just gets members there in one scan.

How do I keep the timetable code up to date?

Make it dynamic and point it at your timetable page. When the timetable changes, update the page or point the code at the new one; the printed code stays on the wall.

Can I see which codes members use?

Each dynamic code counts its own scans, by day and hour. Use separate codes on the front desk, the studio door and the machines to see where people scan.
